This 10-hour course is intended to provide entry level general industry workers information about employee/employer rights and responsibilities, and to identify, abate, avoid, and prevent job related hazards on a job site. The training is to be tailored to the type of work involved. Training should emphasize hazard identification, avoidance, control, and prevention, not OSHA standards.
